Ticket Collection
Tickets purchased via this web site can be collected by presenting your printed booking receipt and/or the credit card used for the transaction at the Box Office. 

Concessions and Identification
Where tickets requiring identification are purchased, suitable identification must be presented upon collection of the tickets. Failure to present suitable identification will result in the applicable tickets being forfeited.

Refunds
Tickets purchased via this web site are sold for a specific session only and are sold on a strict no-refund, no-exchange and no-transfer basis.

Booking Fees
A ticket booking fee will apply to all tickets purchased via this web site. 

Cancellations
Southern Cross Cinema may, due to issues outside their control or at its sole discretion, cancel particular screenings. Tickets purchased for cancelled screenings will be exchanged upon request.
